Commission on verified sales
Once attribution is established via your purchase URL, a small commission applies to verified transactions routed through ProductIndex. Commission rates are set individually during early access — reach out to discuss terms.
How attribution works: When a consumer clicks through to your store via
ProductIndex, a unique click reference (
?pi_ref=CLICK_ID) is appended to the
purchase URL. When the sale completes, your server calls
POST /api/attribution/conversion with the pi_ref and order value.
ProductIndex matches the conversion to the originating click and records the commission.
This is a standard server-to-server postback — no checkout redirection through ProductIndex,
no third-party cookies, and you remain the merchant of record.
